The mission of HIBIKI, a journal of Japanese studies, is to provide reliable information about Japanese culture in Hungarian, in an accessible form. The journal also aims to help build an active community whose members share their knowledge and experiences of Japan and gain new knowledge and experiences in return.
To this end, HIBIKI serves the curiosity of readers interested in Japanese culture, history, society or economy by offering a publishing platform to Japanologists, researchers, professionals and artists.
